Efficient bulk-heterojunction photovoltaic cell using blended donor system |
초록 |
We have demonstrated an efficiency enhanced photovoltaic cell by poly-fluorene copolymer blended as a co-electron donor with poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT). By blending a co-donor in an active layer spectral range of solar light was enlarged so more photon could be harvested. In addition, energy transfer which occurred from poly-fluorene copolymer to P3HT helps excitons not to recombine before diffuse to the donor-acceptor interface. Effect of annealing temperature, active layer thickness, blending ratio was invested and optimized. |
