OTFT Fabricated by Plasma Enhanced Polymer Transfer Printing |

Recently it has been of great interest in using regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) for many thin-film devices such as organic solar cells and transistors due to its chemical and environmental stability with modest electrical properties. In particular solution process capability based mainly on spin casting enables the researchers to manufacture a device with low cost. In order to fabricate arrays of organic devices containing P3HT, many attempts have been made for printing a P3HT thin film based on soft lithographic techniques including microcontact printing, micromolding in capillaries(MIMIC), photolithography, and reinforced poly(dimethyl siloxane) (PDMS) patterning. |
