열수화법을 이용한 Sb3+ 도핑된 LnBO3(Ln=Y, Gd) 발광물질의 제조 |

New kind of luminescent materials YBO3 and GdBO3 with the Sb3+ ion as activators have been synthesized from a hydrothermal system with simple organic oxides as raw materials. The rare earth ion Eu3+ was also introduced in these systems. The crystallinity and luminescent property of as-synthesized compounds were investigated using X-ray diffraction and luminescence spectrometer. The compounds formula was confirmed to be YBO3 and GdBO3, respectively. The emission spectrum showed that the emission band of the samples can be changed from 500 nm to 410 nm with various anions in these systems. It can be obtained the approximately white color phosphor through introducing Eu3+ ion in the YBO3 system. The ratio of red/orange (R/O) in the Eu3+ emission spectrum is increased largely with little Sb3+ existing in the hydrothermal system. The luminescent intensity of the sample is stronger than that prepared through the classical high temperature solid-state method. |
