| 초록 | PEDOT/PSS is usually used as hole-transporting layer, because its HOMO level is located at between work function of ITO and HOMO level of emissive polymer such as polyfluorene. There has been little study on the effect of surfactant in PEDOT/PSS when it is applied to Electroluminescence device. In this study, as changing the concentration of surfactant in PEDOT/PSS, the optical and electrical properties of polyfluorene-based PLEDs were investigated. |
