Highly Luminescent Efficiency Poly(p-phenylenevinylene) Derivatives containing Oxadiazole Pendant Group for Light-Emitting Diode |
초록 |
Asymmetric and highly luminescent efficiency of poly(p-phenylenevinylene) (PPV) derivative with oxadiazole pendant group, C10PhOxa-PPV and o-DMOP-PPV-co-C10PhOxa-PPVs have been synthesized by Gilch polymerization method. The resulting EL polymers were completely soluble in common organic solvents, and easily spin coated optical thin films onto ITO substrate for LEDs fabrication. To evaluate the device performance, we fabricated double layer PLEDs with the configuration of ITO/PEDOT/polymer/Al devices. The turn-on voltages are about 3 ~ 8 V. The maximum brightness and the luminescence efficiency of the C10PhOxa-PPV are about 19395 cd/m2 at 14V and about 21 cd/A at 5930 cd/m2 with the aluminum electrode.
