Among the many OLED materials, the most widely used electron-transporting and host emitting material is the tris-8-hydroxyquinoline aluminum(Alq3), because it is thermally stable, easily synthesized and purified, highly fluorescence and has excellent electron-transporting mobility. In this study, we synthesized the polymer LEDs containing Alq3 through the chain copolymerization of metaloquinolate-pendant monomer with several unsaturated monomers. The structures of the compounds were characterized by H-NMR, FT-IR and thermal analyze were performed on DSC, TGA. Optical absorbance measurements were made with the UV-visible spectrophotometer, and the PL spectra of polymers was performed on Fluorescence Spectrophotometer. Also, the double-layer devices were fabricated through the spin coating processing for current-voltage-luminescence characteristics. |
