제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Novel L-lysine Conjugated Poly(aspartic acid) Derivatives
초록 Poly(aspartic acid) derivatives conjugated with L-lysine moiety and their amphiphilic copolymers were synthesized and characterized. The chemical structures of these polymers were confirmed using IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The physicochemical properties of the amphiphilic copolymers were characterized using an electrophonetic light scattering spectrophotometer (ELS), fluorescence spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results indicated a stable nanoparticle formation in aqueous media. These polymers have potential applications in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic fields as polymeric prodrugs or delivery vehicles for bioactive molecules.
