제목 Synthesis and Microstructure of ZrO2-CeO2 Nanoparticles by Hydrothermal Process
초록 Nanosized ZrO2-CeO2 particles were prepared under high temperature and pressure conditions by precipitation from metal nitrates with aqueous potassium hydroxide. ZrO2-CeO2 particles were obtained in the temperature range of 175℃∼210℃ after 6h. TEM and X-ray diffraction patterns showed that the synthesized particles were crystalline. The average size and size distribution of the synthesized particles were below 20 nm and narrow, respectively.
