제목 | PVC Resin by Using Waste-Gypsum |
초록 | Poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC) resin was produced in many kind of composite because of low cost, good physical and chemical properties, calendering, extrusion and injection molding.The increased in total world production capasity of PVC to about 4 million tons in 1967 took place over a period of about 34 years. In 2001, production of PVC was about 27 million tons. In this study,mechenical properties of PVC complexes containing the Gypsum ( Namhae Chemical Co.) which contains phosphate, CaO, etc.,Pb-species stabilizer, and CaCO3 were investigated as a function of the content. As a results,mechenical properties(Tensile stress and strain) of PVC resin increased when the Gypsum was mixed with PVC at the extent of over 20.0wt%. From this result, it is suggested that the Gypsum containing phosphate and CaO is compatible with PVC. Thermogravimertric analysis(TGA) showed that pyrolysis started about at 275 ℃, and residual weight(%) increased with the amounted of the Gypsum,and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) showed that Tm,Tg had the maximum and minimum value respectively when the Gypsum was mixed with PVC at the extent of 8.46wt%. Comparing all the results, both mechanical and thermal propertis of PVC complex were improvid. The X-ray diffraction measurement also showed their blends and structures. From this results, PVC complexes consumed more waste-gypsum inverse quality mechanical properties. |
