Recently, organic conducting materials have been studied in various fields such as OFETs (Organic Field Effect Transistors), LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) and photovoltaic cells because of their outstanding features such as low cost, low-temperature processing, large-area coverage and structural flexibility. However, most organic semiconductors have lower performances than existing inorganic counterparts. Because most of these materials have amorphous structures, the effort to research for charge carrier transports in disorder systems have to be first made in order to improve the mobilities. Therefore, in our study, we have measured the mobilities of hole transport organic compounds under various conditions in TOF (Time-of-flight) experiment, and finally we’ll achieve the enhanced mobilities. |
