제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Functionalized Side-Chain Liquid Crystal Polymers by Click Chemistry for Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells Application
초록 The concept of functionalized side-chain liquid crystal polymers (LCPs) has been extensively investigated, because of their potential application in electronic devices. We synthesized a new series of triazole linked liquid crystal polymer by click chemistry. In our work, we used 2,7-diazido-9,9-dioctylfluorene as azide monomer and various types of liquid crystal alkynes such as 4-methoxy-4’-hexyloxybiphenyl dipropargyl acetate, bis(4-methoxy-4’-hexyloxybiphenyl) dipropargyl malonate, 4-cyano-4’-hexloxy biphenyl dipropargyl acetate, bis(4-cyano-4’-hexloxy biphenyl) dipropargyl malonate were used to synthesize triazole linked liquid crystal polymers by click chemistry. The polymers structure was characterized by NMR, IR and GPC. The phase behavior of the polymers was conformed by DSC. The optical properties were measured UV-visible as well as emission spectroscopy for dye-sensitized solar cells application.
