제목 Inkjet printing of metal electrode and active layer in organic thin film transistor.
초록 We have fabricated OTFTs by inkjet printing of soluble active materials and measured characteristics of the devices. The soluble organic semiconductors were poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT). The mobility calculated in the saturation regime was 0.0016 cm2/V s. The current modulation, which is the ratio of the current in accumulation over the current in depletion, also referred to as the Ion/Ioff, was above 2.4
