Inkjet printing of metal electrode and active layer in organic thin film transistor. |
초록 |
We have fabricated OTFTs by inkjet printing of soluble active materials and measured characteristics of the devices. The soluble organic semiconductors were poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT). The mobility calculated in the saturation regime was 0.0016 cm2/V s. The current modulation, which is the ratio of the current in accumulation over the current in depletion, also referred to as the Ion/Ioff, was above 2.4 |
