Influence of pH on the adsorption of copper ion by poly(vinyl amine) hollow particle |
초록 |
Effective removal of heavy metal ions from water or various industrial effluents is very important and has attracted considerable research. In this study, poly(vinyl amine)(PVAm) hollow particle was introduced to remove copper ion from aqueous solution. It was analyzed adsorption amount of copper ion onto the PVAm hollow particle in the various pH range using ICP-AAS (Inductively coupled plasma - atomic absorption spectrometer). X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Zeta-Plus4 analyzer were used to characterize the surface property and zeta-potential of the PVAm hollow particle and copper ion loaded PVAm hollow particle, respectively. The shape and morphology of copper ion adsorbed PVAm hollow particle were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). |
