Micelle Formation and Sol-gel Transition Behavior of Hyperbranched Amphiphilic Block Copolymers |
초록 |
Hyperbranched amphiphilic (poly((PLGA-b-PEG)MA)) and (poly((PEG-PLGA)MA)) block copolymers were synthesized by radical polymerization. (PLGA-b-PEG)MA macromonomer was prepared by ring opening bulk polymerization of DL-lactide and glycolide using purified poly(ethylene glycol) monomethacrylate (PEGMA) as an initiator. (PLGA-b-PEG)MA macromonomer was copolymerized with PEGMA and/or acrylic acid (AA) by radical polymerization to produce hyperbranched amphiphilic block copolymers. (PEG-PLGA)MA macromonomer was preapared by substituting hydroxyl end group of MPEG-b-PLGA by methacrylate group using methacryloyl chloride, and copolymerized with (PLGA)EMA. The molecular weight, chemical structure, gel-sol transition behavior, effective micelle diameter, and CMC were obtained from various methods. |
