제목 Preparation of Electrospun Pullulan Nanofibrous Membrane
초록 This study deals with manufacturing of Pullulan (Aureobasidium pullulans) nano sized fibrous membrane, first time fabricated through electrospinning using water as a solvent. The electrospinning conditions such as the pullulan(PUL) concentration, the applied voltage were optimized in order to get smooth and nano sized fibers. As the PUL concentration is increased, the morphology of the deposition on the collector changed from spherical beads to interconnected fibrous network. The averaged diameters of PUL fibers can be reduced down to 300500 nm when the polymer concentration is kept at 10wt%, and the applied voltage is fixed at 15kV during electrospinning. DSC results indicated thermal properties of the PUL nanofibers. This study demonstrated that how the size of electrospun PUL fibers can be reduced by distilled water.
