제목 Graphene/Polymer Hybrid Materials as Advanced Hole Transport Layer to Boost Efficiency and Stability Perovskite Solar Cells
초록 The graphene oxide (GO) and reduced graphene oxide (r-GO) are attracting great attention as an efficient hole transport layer. In addition, simply processibility and low-cost have allowed as a new class of interfacial layer. However, graphene based-device performance is highly sensitive to the film morphology due to its low conductivity and unsuitable dispersibility. For this reason, the use of GO or r-GO as a key material for its real commercialization is highly still limit. In this study, the hybrid-type graphene/polymer material prepared by an alternative, simple and efficient processes was introduced. Also, it was demonstrated as a novel hole transporting layer for the organic-inorganic perovskite solar cells (PeSC). The PeSC with the novel carbon composite materials exhibited a highly enhanced performance and superior stability compared with PEDOT:PSS-based PeSCs.
