The liposomes have been investigated in order to effective drug delivery. And they have applied various fields of medical science, cosmetic etc. The phospholipid liposomes have formed by self-assembly method that they have been manufacture using pH or surfactant control. This method is easy to manufacture without long time, high energy, and special compounds. We have made stable unilamellar liposomes encapsulate active materials by self-assembly. And then we have made multivesicular liposomes that designed to effective drug release at specific pH conditions. It’s possible to rapid drug release. |
