Anionic Polymerization of Carbazole Derivatives and Functionalization with Fullerene for Polymer Memory Device |
초록 |
Anionic polymerization of the various carbazole derivatives were successfully carried out in different conditions such as temperature, reaction time, etc. For synthesis of functionalized carbazole polymers, it reacted with fullerene by two approaches: (i) introduction to the end of polymer chain by reaction with carbanion, and (ii) coupling reaction of living poly(carbazolederivatives) and then introduction in main chain in the basic condition. The polymers were characterized by 1H-NMR, GPC, UV-Vis, and Cyclic Voltammetry. The memory devices fabricated with the carbazole-polymeric film sandwiched between metal (top electrode) and indium tin oxide (ITO; bottom electrode) measured the electrical bistable switching. |
