제목 | Colorimetric Detecting Property to Cadmium Ions (Cd2+) depending on Shape of Nano Gold |
초록 | Pollution of environment by heavy metal ions has increased because of industrial development. Beside some factories emit waste water without any treatments which can bring the serious diseases. Therefore industrial filed needs a detector having rapid, easy and sufficiently sensitive properties to heavy metal ions. With the reason, we focused on detecting with the fast and easy method even very small amount of heavy metal ions in water. The cadmium ion (Cd2+) is set as the detection target by nano gold among the heavy metal ions. Nano gold particle was made from HAuCl4 as precursor then it had colorimetric property upon its size. We also studied contrast of color change with Cd2+ and diverse shape of nano gold. Detecting test was progressed under the different Cd2+ concentration and shape of nano gold particle. Each sample was confirmed by SEM, TEM and UV-Spectra. Nano gold was demonstrated to possibility to apply as colorimetric detector for Cd2+ in the water. |
