Molecular beacon-modified gold nanoparticle as miRNA detecting sensor for cellular classification in gastric cancer |
초록 |
MicroRNAs (miRNA) are important cancer biomarker which controlled diverse gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. Importantly, miR-10b was highly expressed in gastric cancer and associated with size of tumor, invasion and metastasis. Therefore, direct and quantitative miRNA expression profiling in body fluidics is highly significant. Here, we describe the miRNA sensing platform consisting of molecular beacon and star-shaped gold nanoparticles for classification of cancer cell types and accurate diagnosis. MBSGN take advantage of the highly efficient quenching effect and cellular uptake efficiency without transfection agents, as well as provide an intracellular fluorescence signal that correlates with the relative amount of specific miRNA. The MBSGN miRNA sensor allowed the detection of specific target miRNAs monitoring simultaneously of miRNA. |
