Structural control of π-conjugated polymers in the solid state is a challenging task to improve the charge-carrier transport along the conjugated solid thin films. The intrinsic amorphous character prevents the polymers from organizing into a controlled structure by conventional solution film procedures such as spin- and drop-casting. Here, we introduced how to optimize π-conjugated structures of regioregular poly(3-alkyl thiophene)-based polymers with well-defined molecular weights (3.1-31 kDa, determined by MALDI MS), regioregularity (>98%), fractions, and distribution ( |
