제목 Nanohole Structure in Polystyrene-block-poly(methyl methacrylate) Thin Film Investigated by Using Transmission Electron Microtomography
초록 Cylindrical nanoporous structures with normal orientation to the substrate were prepared by using the mixture film of polystyrene-block-poly(methyl methacrylate) copolymer (PS-b-PMMA) and PMMA homopolymer followed by UV irradiation or selective solvent swelling, and their nanohole structures were analyzed by Transmission Electron Microtomography (TEMT) and Grazing Incidence Small Angle X-ray Scattering (GI-SAXS). We found that the nanoporous structure in the film exhibits almost perfect cylindrical shape throughout the entire the film thickness when the film is exposed to UV. On the other hand, when the film is only rinsed by the selective solvent without UV irradiation, nanoporous structures do not exhibit straight cylinders, but exhibit irregular and funnel-shape where the diameter near the top of the film is larger than that near the bottom of the film.
