제목 Single File Diffusion of Protein Drugs through Unidimensional Cylindrical Nanochannel
초록 Here, we studied single file diffusion of protein drugs by using the nanoporous membrane with unidimensional cylindrical nanochannel. Nanoporous membrane consists of separation layer prepared by PS-b-PMMA copolymer and conventional microfiltration membrane. We found that the rate of the drug release throughout the nanoporous membrane did not depend on the concentration of drug, zero-order diffusion is achieved. Since the pore size in nanoporous membrane is easily controlled in relation to size of drugs, the nanoporous membrane could be used for drug delivery of various proteins.
