제목 Application of Semiconducting Supramolecular Coordination Polymer Microribbons in Photodetector and Chemiresistive Sensing
초록 Coordination Polymers (CPs)/Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), which contain both organic and inorganic species, have attracted much attention due to their fascinating structures, ease of construction, and applications in various fields. Herein, we developed micro-sized supramolecular CPs with largely π-conjugated perylene diimides (PDIs) ligands. The CPs showed semiconductive property, which was successfully applied in the photoswitching and photodetector under the visible rigion and detection of toxic chemical phenylhydrazine in chemiresistive sensing. Our novel findings demonstrate great potentials for the application of semiconductive CPs/MOFs in micro-optoelectronic devices.
