제목 Synthesis and Characterization of New Hole-Transporting Polymers for Solution-Processable OLEDs
초록 In organic light-emitting diode (OLED) device fabrication processes, solution processing has many advantages over vacuum processing, such as the lower cost of fabrication and the potential for large area fabrication by printing. Phosphorescent OLEDs have the higher performance over fluorescent OLED because of high quantum efficiency. In phosphorescent OLEDs by solution-processing, control of the band gap and triplet energy level of materials is very important. Because efficiency might be reduced by back-transfer of triplet exciton if a hole transporting layer (HTL) has the lower triplet energy value than an emitting layer (EML). Therefore, we prepared new derivatives of TFB (an alternating copolymer of fluorene and triphenylamine) by changing chemical structures of the comonomers. The chemical and physical properties of the polymers were characterized by NMR, GPC, UV-vis. absorption spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry and etc. We will present detailed characterization results.
