Organic Light Emitting Diodes (OLEDs) have come into the limelight as the innovative display, recently. OLEDs have various advantages such as wide viewing angle, fast response time, and lightweight and thin nature. Both academia and industry are interested in solution-processable OLEDs in these days, because of their simple fabrication method, low production cost, and large size fabrication feasibility compared with vacuum-processed OLEDs. To realize high performance green emission OLEDs compare with other hole-transporting materials. Poly(9,9-dioctyl-fluorene-co-N-(4-butylphenyl)-diphenylamine) (TFB) or poly[bis(4-phenyl)(2,4-dimethylphenyl)amine] (PTAA) were used as hole-transporting layer in this study. In this work, we fabricated OLED devices using TFB or PTAA, and compared the influence of HTL on device characteristics. Experimental results will be discussed in the presentation. |
