In organic light-emitting diode (OLED) device fabrication processes, solution processing is actively discussed and studied to make the large-sized panels with low cost. In such solution-processable OLEDs, cross-linkable hole-transporting layer (HTL) is especially important to overcome difficulties of multi-layered structure. In this study, we synthesized new photo cross-linkable TFB (an alternating copolymer of fluorene and triphenylamine) derivatives which can be applied to the HTL of solution-processable OLEDs. The chemical and physical properties of the monomers and the polymers were characterized by NMR, TGA, GPC, UV-vis. absorption spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry and etc. The polymer films showed good solvent resistance after cross-linking. We fabricated organic light-emitting diodes (OLED) in ITO / PEDOT:PSS / HTL / 26DCzPPy : Ir(mppy)3 / TPBi / LiF / Al. The detailed results about OLED characteristics will be discussed in the presentation. |
