Preparation and Charaterization of Thermosensitive chitosan nanoparticles for drug carrier |

The temperature sensitive polymers are studied class of environmentally sensitive polymer systems in drug delivery research. We were synthesized LMWSC-DA conjugated PEG-PPG-PEG block copolymer. The structure was investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), and ¹H Nuclear magnetic resonance (¹H-NMR). Particle size and distribution was confirmed to become by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Electrophoretic LS spectrophotometer (ELS-8000). |
