Evaluation of PDMAEMA and PDMAEMA-b-MAPEG as agene delivery vehicles |
| 초록 |
The aim of this work was evaluated poly(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate(PDMAEMA) homopolymer and Poly(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate-b-poly(ethylene glycol) α-methyl ether, ω-methacrylate)(PDMAEMA-b-MAPEG) as a DNA delivery vehicles. Their particle size distribution measured by dynamic light scattering was around 260nm~460nm. The complexes obtained by self-assembly of the pEGFP plasmid/polymer were used to transfection study. Furthermore, their cytotoxicity was evaluated in vitro. |
