제목 Synthesis and Application of Thermosensitive and Biocompatible Block Copolymers with Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide), Poly(ethylene glycol ), and Poly(ε-caprolactone)
초록 To endow polymeric nanoparticles with thermosensitive, biocompatible, and biodegradable characters, nanoparticles composed with poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-b-e-caprolactone) (PNIPAAm-PCL) and poly(ethylene glycol-b-e-caprolactone) (PEG-PCL) block copolymers were prepared with different the block copolymer compositions. The nanoparticles showed composition dependent physicochemical properties such as lower critical solution temperature, particle size, and critical aggregation concentration. Then, the nanoparticles were introduced into drug delivery systems using hydrophobic model drug of clonazepam. The temperature sensitive drug release behaviors from nanoparticles were investigated.
