Effects of post-annealing treatment on optical sensing properties of bridged ZnO nanowires |
초록 |
The effects of post-annealing treatment in hydrogen and oxygen ambient on optical sensing properties of bridged ZnO nanowires have been investigated. The optical sensing properties of bridged ZnO nanowires were much improved by annealing in both atmospheres of hydrogen and oxygen. The photocurrent was dramatically increased from 200 μA to 1 μA upon 395 nm illumination after post-annealing in hydrogen ambient. This improvement was ascribed to the decrease in structure defects as compared with as-grown ZnO nanowires. The optical sensing performance of bridged ZnO nanowire-based photosensors can be controlled by post-annealing treatment. |
