제목 Nanoemulsion formation via electrospray-emulsification
초록 Electrospray has been recognized as an efficient technique for the fabrication of droplet, with diameters in the range of 10-600nm. Electrospray uses electrical forces to produce droplet with nanometre-scale diameters. Electrospray occurs when the electrical forces at the surface of a solution overcome the surface tension and cause an electrically charged jet to be ejected. In the present work, nano-emulsions were prepared using the spontaneous electrospray mechanism. Nano-emulsions consist of fine water-in-oil dispersions, having droplets covering the size range of 100–600 nm.
