제목 Synthesis of PAMAM dendrimer Conjugate with Amino Acid and Dexamethasone as nucleus targeting gene carrier
초록 Non viral vector polymers using gene therapy in the cell can improve immune reactions from non viral vector carriers. Also, by including targeting drug delivery, and introducing gene carriers in gene therapy, the original gene therapy defects will improve and enhance efficiency or side effects will decrease. Consequently, it will enhance efficiency in gene treatments. In cell or tumors there is a protecting barrier and it prevents different substances from entering. So, it is important for carriers to deliver toward a nucleus of the cell. In this study, we introduce polyamidoamine dendrimer generation 4 (PAMAM G4) to conjugate arginine with dexamethasone to increase gene expression and decrease cytotoxicity. We expect to high transfection efficiency and low toxicity compared to previous studies. For this reason, PAMAM G4-arginine-dexamethasone look forward to outstanding gene therapy.
