제목 Synthesis and Characteristics of Micro-porous Graphene Composites
초록 Graphene is a two-dimensional monolayer of a lattice of hexagonally arranged carbon atoms. To overcome the anisotropic properties of graphene, 3D architectures of graphene based composites are suggested as a multifunctional nanostructure with controllable thermal and electrical properties. The porous 3D graphene composites have numerous potential applications including efficient thermal transport materials, electrodes for fuel cells and supercapacitors, and porous structures with very high surface area for hydrogen storage. In this talk, I will present report a simple method to form 3D graphene-copper architectures with micropores. The existence of graphene on the surface of copper was confirmed by using Raman spectroscopy and TEM measurements. Furthermore, the thermal properties of the graphene-Cu and graphene-polymer composites will be discussed.
