제목 Inverted Polymer Solar Cells Fabricated by All Inkjet Printing Method
초록 In this work, we report efficient inverted polymer solar cells (I-PSCs) optimized with an elaborate manipulation of inkjet printing technology. All layers of the I-PSCs including a blend of poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl) (P3HT) as a donor and [6,6]-phenyl C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PC61BM) as an acceptor, titanium sub-oxide (TiOx) as an electron selective layer, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) as a hole transport layer with controlling type of solvent. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) data indicated that both morphology and geometry of active layer significantly affected by surface tension of solvent and drying time of film. Finally, the optimized I-PSC with solvent mixture device fabricated by inkjet method shows around 1% of power conversion efficiency which does not previously reported. We anticipate that our results can contribute the optimization of continuous printing process for polymer solar cells.
