Preparation of Iron-doped Titania from Flocculated Sludge with Iron-Titanium Composite Coagulant |
초록 |
A novel process using Ti-salt flocculation to purify wastewater was developed to produce sludge that can calcined to produce titania nanomaterials indicating high surface area and photocatalytic activity. The objectives of this study were investigated the performance of Fe-titanium composite coagulant with dye wastewater. The physic-chemical properties were characterized Fe-doped TiO2 nanomaterials for scanning election microscopy (SEM/EDX), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the photodecomposition of acetaldehyde. Similar trends were found between Fe-doped TiO2 and P-25 in terms of photocatalytic oxidation of acetaldehyde, which indicates the potential use of Fe-doped TiO2 for decomposing volatile organic contaminants. |
