제목 | Study on Eco-Friendly Adhesion of Rubber Composition Using Thermal Adhesion Method |
초록 | Rubber materials are bonded to different types of rubber in order to be used in industry, the adhesive used has the disadvantage of causing environmental pollution. In order to make up for this drawback, adhesive rubber using a thermal adhesive method is used to replace the adhesive. In this study, the vulcanization characteristics and molding conditions of adhesive rubber compositions for bonding different rubber materials were studied. By analyzing the adhesive strength of the adhesive rubber according to the vulcanization characteristics, the crosslinking characteristics which can improve the adhesive strength between different types were analyzed. In addition, the thermal bonding was performed under the temperature condition of 100 degrees or more and 150 degrees or less, and the tendency characteristics for the durability change appeared at this time were studied. |
