Effect of BMP-2 delivery mode on osteogenic differentiation of stem cells |
초록 |
BMP-2 is a well-known as osteogenic differentiation factor that stimulates stem cell signaling pathways by activating trans-membrane receptors. However, BMPs have a very short half-life and may rapidly lose their bioactivity. Thus, BMP delivery system is required to take advantage of an osteo-inductive effect. Several types of BMPs delivery have been designed for osteogenic differentiation. These methods were focused on carriers and sustained release system for delivery of BMPs. In fact, no studies have evaluated the effect of delivery mode in cell culture plate on osteogenic differentiation. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of delivery mode on osteogenic differentiation of ASCs. To that end, bottom-up release system and top-down release system were fabricated for delivery of BMP-2 in culture plate. After 7 days of culture, the bottom-up release system in culture plate significantly stimulated ALPactivity of human ASCs. 사사;NRF-2012R1A1A2008403 |
