제목 | Synthesis and Properties of anthracene derivative for OLEDs |
초록 | A compound was synthesized using anthracene derivative. This material, CW150 was synthesized through boronylation and Suzuki coupling reactions. CW150 exhibited an PLmax values of 430nm in solution state and 446nm in film state. The optical properties of this material was characterized with UV-visible and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. Moreover, multilayered EL devices were fabricated using this material. EL device(ITO/2-TNATA (60nm)/NPB (15nm)/EML (35nm)/Alq3 (20nm)/LiF (1nm)/Al (200nm)) was fabricated. |
