제목 Synthesis and characterization of polyurethane obtain from dimeric acid based polyether polyols
초록 The dimeric acid(DA), which was obtained from waste soybean oil processing production, was used as the main raw material. Polyether polyols with different hydroxyl values were obtained through the polymerization of propylene oxide and DA. The polyether polyols was in general obtained through the anionic ring-opening polymerization of propylene oxide, and the quantity of each raw material in the reaction was calculated according to the reaction theory of polyether polyols. The physical properties of the polyether polyols were characterized via titration, GPC, FTIR and NMR. The content of hard segments was changed with the molar ratio of isocyanate/macroglycol (NCO/OH) as constant in the polymerization of polyurethanes. The PUs prepared in this study was analyzed by ATR-FTIR. The thermal and mechanical properties of the PUs were investigated using DSC, TGA and Universal Transverse Mercator.
