Effect of Separate and Purification Component from Figue on the Growth of Fungus or Tumor Cells |

The Ficin and the other components of Figue(Ficus) has been used in traditional natural medicine for treatment of the skin diseases and others. We have separated the content of bio-activity several materials in Douphine Figue by HPLC method. For this study, we preparation and their bioactive properties of Figue components were investigated using such as on the growth of fungus (the hyphal form of C. albicans) or tumor cells(Malignant rhabdoid tumor). |
