초록 | Research on spinning of cellulose made a significant progress in recent years. Electrospinning of cellulose in the NMMO monohydrate solvent was tried to achieve a new processing method for the cellulose nanofibers. The NMMO monohydrate is a good solvent for the cellulose. Cellulose/NMMO monohydrate solution forms a solution at 80℃ and freezes again at room temperature. The injection tube was heated to 100℃ to maintain the solution state. The process for preparing a cellulose solution by liquid N-methylmorpholine N-oxide monohydrate (NMMO monohydrate) solvent. Celulose powder( DP=850)and NMMO solvent were mixed and dissolved at 80 ℃. The cellulose/NMMO monohydrate solution was electrospun at 100℃. The cellulose concentrations were 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 wt%. The distance between the needle tip to ground was 15 cm and the 15KV was applied for the electrospinning. Fig. 1.
