제목 Facile doping method making stable and sustainable p-doped graphene by chloroform solvent
초록 As the graphene is becoming more important for the application of flexible electronic device, doping of graphene has attracted great attention of a large number of researchers. Here, we introduce the simple, stable, and sustainable p-doping method of graphene using chloroform (CHCl3) solvent. Through just dipping into chloroform and taking out, graphene can be simply p-doped and the work function of graphene is increased from 4.57 to 4.91eV and sheet resistance is also decreased more than twice. In addition, we prove that the chloroform molecules are infiltrated into the interface between graphene and SiO2 and physically absorbed in the form of cluster. Through adopting Arrhenius equation, we analyze how strongly chloroform molecules are absorbed. The calculated desorption energies show two different value and the reason why two values are observed is interpreted that it depends on the absorption sites (basal plane : 7.31 kJ/mol and wrinkle : 36.03 kJ/mol).
