제목 Surface Modification of polydiacetylene-coated and Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering-labeled beads
초록 In this study, we synthesized polydiacetylene-coated surface-enhanced Raman scattering-labeled beades (PDA-SERS beads). This beads have SERS properties and ease of surface modification because of PDA layer. Ligands were introduced to the PDA-SERS beads with free-floooating vesicles and planar solid substrates methods. Biotin was immobilized to PDA-SERS beads by using this method. The photo luminescence intensities of PDA-SERS-biotin were increased when the concentration of streptavidin was increased. Limit of detection of streptavidin was calculated as 2 X 10-8 M streptavidin. With these results, we could develop protein detection system by using PDA-SERS beads.
