Simple Approaching of Multicolor Fluorescent Nanoparticles from Curcuma Longa for Bio-imaging Implication |
초록 |
We developed multi-color fluorescence emission based on carbonized Curcuma longa (C-FNPs) through defined dehydration. The surface passivation of C-FNPs with PEG-diamine improves quantum yield and extends fluorescence lifetimes. In addition, the cytotoxicity of the reported C-FNPs and P-FNPs generated non-toxic effect by almost 100 % viability of cells even at high concentration. XPS and XRD spectra confirmed the associated chemical moieties of C-FNPs and C-FNPs-PEG 1500 (C-FNPs passivated by PEG-diamine, P-FNPs), resulting improvement of quantum yield and extends fluorescence lifetimes. In addition, the cytotoxicity of the reported C-FNPs and P-FNPs generated non-toxic effect by almost 100 % viability of cells even at high concentration. In conclusion, we offer biocompatbility and tunable fluorescence sensors for biomedical research applications. |
