Synthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles by Co-precipitation method for observed photocatalytic performance. |
초록 |
Titanium dioxide (TiO2) is one of the representative ceramic material. It is applied to various field such as energy storage, antibacterial and photocatalytic activity. Recently, many experimental were proceeded to decrease band gap research of TiO2. Therefore, in this study we synthesized black TiO2 by using co-precipitation method to decreased band gap for the photocatalytic activity in visible light region. Anatase, rutile structure of TiO2 nanoparticles obtained by controlling the pH (1, 3, 5 and 7) at different calcination temperature. In addition, calcined in hydrogen atmosphere for attaining visible light absorbable black TiO2 .The sample was characterized XRD, Methylene blue degradation and UV-visible reflectance. Consequently, TiO2 was obtained in the lowest pH shown remarkable photocatalytic activity. And photocatalytic activity of black TiO2 was activated in visible light range. |
