제목 Interfacial Modification with C60 Thin film in Organic Solar Cells
초록 One important factor that limits organic solar cell efficiency is the necessity for charge collection. This problem is originated from the contact resistance between the organic layer and the metal electrode. During the past ten years, many research groups have studied on the modification of interface to accomplish highly efficient organic solar cells, however, the device performance was not satisfied to be commercialized yet. C60 is well known as one of the famous electron acceptor materials because of its high stability and electron mobility. We have introduced thin C60 layer between active layer and metal electrode to reduce the contact resistance, as well as to enlarge charge collection efficiency. As a result of this experiment, we can obtain the improved device performance of organic solar cell performance.
