Herein, we are reported novel methods to dopping of nitrogen in graphene via the continuous microchemical process. In batch process, partially reduced graphene oxide is easily aggregate therefore it is impossible to maximisation graphene reduction with highly dopped nitrogen. But, sonochemical process offer high degree of reduction with shortening reaction temperature and time. Synthesised highly nitrogen dopped graphene oxide was characterized by the IR, elemental analysis, XRD, XPS, and structural change analysed by SEM, TEM, and SPM. Thermal and BET surface area was also support for highly reduction. Optimized nitrogen dopped graphene oxide (MG-N-x, x is nitrogen percentage) contains ca. 6.84 % nitrogen, 86.02 % carbon, 1.1 % hydrogen, and 5.00 % oxygen. Synthesized MG-N-x was showed excellent catalytic activity of selective C-H oxidation. |
