제목 Copper based conductive film prepared under low temperature system.  
초록 In the present study , by using various types of amines, conductive copper films has been carried out by thermal decomposition in a nitrogen atmosphere under the low temperature. Glass substrate has been coated by Ink containing copper formate and amine, after that calcined in a nitrogen atmosphere. We also investigated the effects of different types of amines on electrical conductivity, as well as the microstructures of the films. Calcined copper nanoparticles films showed electrical conductivity and octylamine, has been used for the preparation of film showed low resistivity, and relatively small particle size.
