제목 ABS resin의 재활용에 따른 열적•기계적 특성 평가
초록 ABS Resin has used as variable application such as industrial customs and electrical devices. Therefore, the recycling of ABS resin has useful significance for product cost reduction for manufacturing and retaining industrial plastic waste. In this study, ABS resin has recycled for 1 to 10 cycle. Then the thermal property of ABS resin is investigated by using DSC instrument. The mechanical properties such as tensile and flexural strength are discussed by using UTM. And the microstructure of ABS resin is observed by using TEM. The tensile and flexural strength decreased gradually as cycle proceed, and the impact strength decreased after 5 cycle. In the thermal analysis, Decomposition degree points of ABS resin were not different at the number of recycling. Consequently, the mechanical property of ABS resin added scrap has been maintained in the regular level, although the number of recycle times grows.
